If, for any reason, your flowers arrive in less than optimal condition, we will refund your purchase or replace your order. Please contact us right away. We must receive written or verbal request for refund or replacement of your order within 3 days of delivery from the party who placed the order.

Cancelling Your Order

If you need to cancel your order, please email us immediately. Orders must be cancelled prior to shipping. Orders will not be cancelled after shipping has occured. Please include your order number from your order confirmation email in your cancellation request.

Shipment is provided FREE by FedEx 2-Day Economy service. You will receive a FedEx tracking number via email when your flowers are shipped. US Parcel Service is also available for P.O. Box customers. Service upgrades from FedEx Economy Service to Standard Overnight are available at an additional charge of $9.00. Priority or Saturday delivery is $15.00. Flowers do not come with vase or foam, but it can be provided for an additional fee of $6.00. Out of season flowers may be substituted and we reserve the right to substitute flowers of equal or greater value when necessary. Please consult the Federal Express chart below ensure proper arrival date.

Orders received by 11:00am HST(Hawaii time GMT -10) will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 11:00 have a chance of being shipped on the same day, otherwise your order will be shipped the next day. Our hours of operation are from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Orders received on Friday evening, Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.

Please note: We work hard to meet expectations and ship your flowers on-time. However, due to shipping factors outside of our control (such as severe weather conditions, criminal acts, labor disputes, or national or local disruptions in air or ground transportation), there is the chance your flowers will not arrive on the expected date.

If you have a Release Signature on-file with FedEx which authorizes FedEx to deliver the package without obtaining a signature, please consider having it removed to ensure your package will not be left in conditions that will result on the wilting or freezing of your fresh flowers.
